At MSC we have the Flying start introductory group and three training squads. After an initial swimming assessment, your child will be placed in either our Flying Start, Bronze, Silver or Gold squads and will progress through the squads based on ability.
Our squads have set training times and require specific kit. Please refer to the appropriate squad page from the drop down menu to view the kit lists required for each session and also all swimmers should being plenty of water!
