Performance Camp 2022 – They’re back
What a week! Well done to the 17 swimmers who attended performance camp in Greece this October and thanks to the coaches for organising and leading these young people to be the best they can be!
MDAGS – 23rd October
The first of 3 rounds of the Midlands Age Group Championships takes place on Sunday 23rd October 2022. All swimmers with successful entries should now be notified and be ready for an 08:30 start at Arbroath Sports Centre
Scottish Summer Meet – 15-17th July
The Scottish Summer Meet will be running from 15-17th July and MSC have swimmers competing – check the facebook page for details and if available a link to the live stream will be shared on the site

Great news – coach Rachel has been working hard behind the scenes to get new options for purchase of kit and we now have a store available at wright sport. New items will be added as they become available but T-shirts and bags are now ready to order.
Glasgow International Swim Meet 2022
We have a number of our senior swimmers competing in the Glasgow International Swim Meet at Tollcross Long Course Pool this weekend. Shout on your team mates and follow their progress on the live stream

New Year – New Training Schedule!
Membership Renewal Details issued
All existing members should now have received an email with Swimmer Code of Conduct forms, membership fee details and the payment schedule. If you are not in receipt of this information or have any queries about your renewal, please contact the membership secretary straight away. First Payment is due on Jan 5th 2022!
Performance Camp 2022 confirmed
The dates and Venue of the 2022 Performance Camp have now been confirmed – Swimmers that have registered for the camp and meet the criteria will be heading to the amazing Lyttos Beach training venue in Crete for a week in October 2022.
Make sure you are ready to get back in the pool!
It’s a go for all squads from Monday 26th April 2021.
Make sure you don’t get left on the blocks. All swimmers must have submitted SASA registration payments and completed the Health Screening and Self Declaration forms to get back in the pool.
If you think you may have missed one, please either contact the membership secretary or club covid liaison straight away to ensure you can get back in the water as soon as possible.

Fundraising Bag Pack
Development Camp 2019
Following the success of skills camp for our younger swimmers, Development Camp 2019 for Silver or Gold Squad swimmers that are not attending Performance Camp is underway and the swimmers are having a great time!
The camp is running Monday 5th August – Friday 9th August 2019 – each day there has been 2×2 hour swim sessions and 2 x Gym sessions.
There are also 2 Long Course training sessions in Stirling.
